With the high cost of diesel fuel these days, it just didn't seem feasible to keep hauling the Jeep around on a trailer to go play in the dirt. So I sold both the Jeep and the trailer and paid some bills. But I also witheld a little money to purchase myself a dirtbike. I've wanted a dirtbike all my life and waited 42 years to get one. (yes, I know I'm old...) So I searched for about two months before I happened across this beast on Craigslist. I'd been watching it for a while, and once the price dropped to within my range, I pounced on it.
Just one look (and listen) at this bike and I was hooked. It started the first kick and purred like a kitten. That is until he gave it the gas, then it roared! So I promptly paid the man, and loaded it into the back of my truck.
